  • Generate AI-powered valuations and CIMs
  • Match buyers and sellers based on stated criteria
  • Send transactional emails (NDA notifications, deal updates, receipts)

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Business data is shared with prospective buyers only after they have executed a non-disclosure agreement through the platform. We may share data with service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic) who process it on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security controls to protect your data. Business financials and documents are stored with role-based access controls. Only users with a signed NDA can access confidential business information.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. AI Processing

Business data you provide may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API for the purpose of generating valuations and CIMs. This processing is governed by Anthropic's data use policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.
